The environment is good except that nothing to say.

Hr is a cheater ,for salary I reached out to him once he picked the call and said that I will have my salary in this month's payroll,after that date arrived and the salary is not credited ,hr is not even picking my call ,I haven't recieved my last month salary yet,hr is not even picking up my call.

Worst worst company I have ever seen, TL/GC are terrible company,Incompetent management, unresponsive hr department actually in qway technology hr department is useless. Don't ever join this company, "Clients should avoid giving projects to this company." People in that company are horrible and even they are not working with their own credentials and they don't have a proper process knowledge also to score their job and position they targeting the people who joined newly in that company. Poor management. They don't even work at all. You need to beg them for a Bonafide for almost 3month. Appraisal letter for almost 5-6month, Even if you left the company also you need to wait almost 20days to get your relieving mail confirmation. You will get LOP without any reason . Poor office building don't even have proper canteen.
