You can learn lots of knowledge in this company. In one team they ll do the all process of rcm, so you can easily learn the all process experience in medical billing.

Dislikes

No job security.. if they didn't receive files they ll mark that day as leave or LOP for you. If projects gone they ll send you out . Worst management. Rude behaviour of supervisors

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
