Job is secure. Promotions are combination of appraisal, written and interview, therefore you don't have to rely on anyone for your promotions like in other offices/companies.

Dislikes

Being banking industry work load is a lot. Also job is risky as finance is involve. But those risks are only if you are working without and due diligence and not updating yourself with latest guidelines. (Actually I don't think that as negative. I think everyone must keep updating himself/herself for his/her own growth and safety). Banking industry is negative for careless people.
