Govt. job even if you don't work you will get the same same salary as others.

Dislikes

Lot of manipulation in promotions , if you have connections then only expect promotion. If you have taken a work no one will get involved in it and even if anything happens the same people will come to blame you.

It's about total banking sector. There is no Work life balance in banking sector and industry is under extreme pressure. It's better to start own business. Exit is also tough after availing various staff loans.
