Dislikes

Customer service has nosdived during the past few years. Staff sitting on front desk is not customer centric and insensitive about customer service as such customers are shifting to other bank. Sytems and soft wares e.g. CBS, email system are too slow to cope up with the demands of customers promplty and effectively. Retired officials are not welcome at branches.

I retired from PNB on 31.08.2016 at the age of superannuation (60 years) as Chief Manager. Since then I am trying a Job which well suits my rich banking experience of more than 36 years and academic carrier (commerce). I got a good job in Ministry of Rural Development but I could not avail that opportunity as the posting was Jodhpur (Rajasthan) which does not suit me in view of my age.

Work Details

After retirement on 31.08.2016 I am not completely free. I am doing shares business & involved in sale of stressed assets of various Banks. A permanent job which can make use of my Rich Banking Experience of 36 years with strong Commerce background.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
