The atmostfare in the bank was just as like family ,the promotion chances were bright ; carreer growth was also good and job security was also there ,training programes were also better ,salary was also sufficent to meet our needs, work invironment was also good.

Bank adopted computerisation in bank first among nationalised and time to time adopted latest technology

Bank through their allied like pnb oriental insurance co who got crores of business from bank are not caring for staff of bank on even reimbursing the claim amount since I bought the policy in 2010 and got ill in 2012 since then in consumer court I am crying for justice, they even ask in court this policy is not for staff.as per application are there five col 1name2 family members3 nominee4pan no5account no of bank which the staff has,no preexistence clause therebut prospectus has two years clause I covered all.still crying for justice,bank has neither help me for claim during bank service neither after that even again entering with poor solvency co oriental insurance co again the co who is big defaulter for claim settlement out of every consumer courts out of 24,cases 16 cases are against oriental....Read More

Regrets now is that despite of work load&more expectation from public now the bankers are less respected by society as they are not only under paid & have no time for their families,friends etc.

Not team spirit, No training for specific jobs, of course job security is there; but there is pairabi, casteism, favouritism. Career growth only on pairabis, salary poor, appraisals on pairabis, no travel-only branch concentrations, dirty politics, no learning, work environment very poor--there is abundant load on BM, there is no innovation, work-life balance is very critical, there is no curative policies, instead there is vindictive policies....Read More
