It is the second largest Public Sector Lender & the name PNB carries that weightage. Job is not that much stressful.Compensation & benefits are at par or better than any other Public Sector Bank on every parameter.

Dislikes

At senior position, transferability from one place to other. However this challege is there with every public sector bank

The Bank is very innovative and ready to accept latest technology/ latest training to all the staff members for updating of staff skills, specialised Branches for early decision making, Fast promotion policy of Bank motivate staff to work better.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high sometime but Ifeel it is necessary in present circumstances. Interfere of politicians is on very higher side and sometimes growth affected due to social responsibilities and to fulfil political goals.

My last posting was as Dy. Circle Head looking after development of whole circle i.e. Deposit and Credit growth, NPA reduction , Digital Banking to all , Priority sector lending, wealth management products etc.
