Undue pressure is put on us for target completion with staff shortage. Apart from this we have to deal with throttling compliance policies which makes even simple work cumbersome and difficult. There are so many portals for complaints and we are always on our toes.

This is a national largest institution, the work done here is trustworthy, there is no problem in money transactions, the plan explained in 24 hours is absolutely correct and I have a lot of confidence in it.

Dislikes

There are very few branches of Punjab National Bank everywhere, that is why I do not like it here because it is such a big bank that it should have two-three branches everywhere, in every city, in every street, in every market.
