As a banking industry, now we are pressurised with not only bank working but lot of other works are being burdened on shoulder s of limited staff with higher expectations by authorities as well as by customer's. Employee are working under pressure of authorities as well as customer s fear that of v complaints.no soft corner for employees only action against complaint. Although work culture is same of all banks. Salary are not as per our duties performed compared to other govt departments. They are earnings more with less responsibilities,and we less payment with more responsibility. Management is having a upper hand on field staff. There exist always workmen and officers union in banks so staff of different unions always have difference of opinion, Training criteria not known. Travel policies as per entitlement.for Learning e site is very well developed No fixed duty hours for officers. Late sitting in branches is a culture. Bossism exist.yesman ship exist.

It is s great Financial public sector Bank. Govt direct intervene in the matter of big borrowers and mass loans to poors have have badly affected the banks' performance and big loans have become NPA . Banks have suffered losses and employees / retirees have demoralized with great stress of work and long sitting .And their salaries/pensions are 40 % less then govt employees/retirees which were more in the 1980. Pensions have not been updated since 1995. All employees/ retirees have demanded the same benefits as per Central Pay Commission recommendations on salary revision of Central Govt .
