One thing I use to like about sapient is the quality of people but now that is also the case as more

- Sapient is a hire and fire company and that’s also not based on 360 feedback or work but based on relationships - Most of the good talent is frustrated because of lack of growth opportunities and growth is also again based on who you know instead of how you work

Work life balance is a terrible you are expected to work 10-12 hours and mindset is. 9 hours work is a not a work and people take pride in working long hours

No Job security. Worst company culture. They hired in bulk. And after sometime if you not able to crack client interview they just fire the people in a very sort notice.
