It doesn't deserve a MNC tag, because it is such a bad company. The one who works here are working day and night. And if you don't get project you will be fired within 10 days .

Dislikes

Everytime from work culture to ethics to job security. Everything is very bad. This company plays with my career. I had 7 offers but i joined this, i mailed staffing partner but they never replied. And one day they will call you on teams and force you to write resignation letter. If you don't write they will terminate.

People are great here to work with and project are great. So, there is a lot of opportunities to learn and grow in the organisation.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is worse. Apart from this, despite of positive feedback, I got fired from the organisation without any genuine reasons as I was on bench for 2 weeks and there were many others who also had the same fate.

I was given training for 6 months, which was great. After that I was on bench for 5 months and when I got the project it required different skills than what I was trained in. Work is hectic, u will asked to do overtime, work on weekends.
