It was great experience and good platform to grow ourself and make to achieve company goals as well. It was pleasure work environment that is work with indonesian employees and as well as management.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

No proper comunication with management there is no room to get ontime salary and they have cheated bonus also not paid still salary balance for 6months
