In the difficult times like covid, they made sure of the employees' comfort by providing IT related devices like monitor, head sets, etc and furniture kit like office chair, office desk, etc. Also reimburse the wifi bills. During covid 19 lockdown, organization has provided wfh to all employees. Management has also provided all facilities like IT kit allowance, furniture reimbursement, internet and USB headsets reimbursement so that employees can do wfh smoothly, also arranged meditation sessions during this time for mental health of employees. Zero work life balance. Managerial staff focussed only on meeting the targets rather than giving any space for personal growth of employees or providing them balance in between the work and the life.

Dissatisfied with the work culture. Hardly any space for vertical growth. You would be focussed only as long as any dependency on you. Once dependency is over you are hardly giving any focus to.
