The company is UK based company but in India there is not much to explore. It's a boss driven company You need to impress your boss. Boss or old senior member will take your credit.. It's not software company so not much to learn. People back stab a lot especially managers.

Dislikes

There is nothing job security at all. I would not suggest any body to join this company. Esp software guys.. Nothing opportunities. Nobody will listen to your issues. They can fire you anything.. Bosses are very insecure

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Zero work life balance. Managerial staff focussed only on meeting the targets rather than giving any space for personal growth of employees or providing them balance in between the work and the life.

Dislikes

Dissatisfied with the work culture. Hardly any space for vertical growth. You would be focussed only as long as any dependency on you. Once dependency is over you are hardly giving any focus to.
