During my time here, I’ve observed a deeply concerning culture of favoritism, where hard work often goes unrecognized, and preferential treatment is given to a select few based on personal relationships rather than merit. This has created a toxic environment, where dedicated employees are mentally harassed or pushed to the edge until they choose to leave. HR leadership—particularly J@gd!$h—has consistently demonstrated bias and unprofessional conduct, including mishandling sensitive situations, promoting friends without merit, and fostering a work environment that disregards employee well-being. I've also seen troubling patterns such as unfair treatment of women and questionable cost-cutting measures at the expense of hardworking staff. Many colleagues have chosen to disengage from their responsibilities, relying instead on their personal ties with HR for protection. This kind of behavior goes unchecked and further demoralizes those who are committed to their work. Now that I am serving my notice period, I intend to formally communicate this experience to the higher management. In my experience on the customer service team, the most troubling part of the company is that the CEO, HR head and HR management seem to solely follow the lead of the senior manage from the customer support. It feels as if she runs the company, with ineffective leadership from the CEO and HR head, both of whom appear to be entirelyunder her influence. The CEO focuses only on the tech and product teams, showing little concern for the customer support team. It is creating a toxic environment in the company, employees are felling very uncomfortable to work in this toxic. It seems that the entire leadership, from the CEO to the support team, operates according to her will. The CEO, HR head and HR management seem to have no authority, appearing a though they are bound by her decisions. I've noticed that two previous reviews about the company have been deleted, which is about same senior manager of the customer support. This shows how the company operates under her control. I'm aware that this review might also be removed, but i'm not the only one experiencing these issues. Horrible experience with Niyo, initially the core management was in responsibly mature people but due to office politics those quality people left the company and ineligible people were promoted to satisfy their favourites. CEO blindly follows certain ppl without even using his own brain like its a picnic not company. HR team works like SBI bank with no resolution, promotion happening on favouritism rather then productivity. They always give the illusion of support, but when it comes to actually addressing employees concerns, they do nothing in fact, raising issues with them only leads to them finding ways to get rid of you. they would not take any effort to validate the hard work and give hike for the employees effort. They are more focused on protecting their own interest.
