The work culture is terrible. There are countless issues that you simply can't resolve. Only those who aren't under financial pressure can manage to work there, as you'll never know when you'll actually receive your salary, let alone the travel allowance (TA). They never pay employees’ TA, and you'll literally have to beg to get your salary. They always hold back one month's pay, which means you'll only get it after working two or sometimes even two and a half months. When you leave, you’ll end up forfeiting one month's salary along with the TA for your entire tenure. Worst of all, whenever you ask about your salary, you'll hear the same response: "There’s no business, and you all haven’t accomplished anything."...Read More

Only one good thing is there that you may learn new things provided if you have the need of learning. No one will teach you, you have to learn your self. Seniors will act like they are guiding you but actually they don't, they only blame you that you don't know anything.

There's very little to appreciate in this company, as the management often uses unprofessional language when speaking to employees.

Dislikes

The main issue here is the salary. If you have family members depending on your income, this might not be the right place. Salaries are paid every two months, not monthly, and transportation allowances are often withheld. Many employees haven't received their allowances even after two years.

Working with Subir Ray Choudhury and Moumita Majumder... worst experience ever. Toxic people, Toxic environment, they use to crush the employees under their insane expectations, but in time of salary, they don't miss a single opportunity to humiliate and question one's productivity They shout like mad and use slangs and torture mentally without paying a penny. Salary is being paid once after 2 months of working only after begging several times. Even they cheat their customers too. Absence of moral and ethics. In a short experience of few months, have witnessed several employees to resign in frustration without serving a notice period( leaving their pending salary TA without any settlement and handover) If anyone could survive like this can go with Progressive ( humiliation, exploitation and mental stress , nothing else than that)....Read More

Everything. Management is always shouting. Salary is paid after multiple follow ups and one month salary is always paid after completion of two months. Work life balance is zero. Employee sustainability is poor. Doesn't pay salary to the employees who left the organisation. And if question asked about the salary delays their answersare always about blaming employees that they are not working properly that's why they are unable to bring the revenue on time. they way of cheating in Kolkata market. Not arrested yet. Subir Roy Choudhary and Moumita are Big Daikat CHOR. lot of police case is going on by employees. no work place of work.
