There are some accounts other than verizon which are good. But mostly the same culture they follow.

Dislikes

No work life balance especially in verizon account. We even needs to work on weekends some times. Heavy micromanagement. Even one day leave that too on weekend also not acceptable sometimes.

They don't know how to manage a team in fiber design project. Manager exhibit the worst behavior by demonstrating prejudice. There is no wage increase. Too much work pressure in only fiber Design team. Every hour they ask about the work status. If there is no workload. They will move to the pool. They lack the necessary leadership experience.

during interviews process they said we are hiring for software testing after joining the company they said us to sign in agreement for 1.5yrs after that they suddenly came and calling few people names and saying you guys are assign to the technical support role. this is kinda spolling our career right. so many people are waiting to land on they dream role but in this company they hired for a testing role and assigning to the technical support role so please dont join this company or let conform with the interviewer which role they are for. people who want to spoil there own career please join this company thankyou...........Read More

I've had a disappointing experience with the management and overall company culture here. The most frustrating issue has been the lack of career growth opportunities. Despite consistently meeting targets and performing well, appraisals are either delayed or not given at all. This has left many employees feeling undervalued and demotivated. Additionally, the decision to mandate a full return to the office, despite the ongoing trend of flexible working arrangements in many industries, feels out of touch with employee needs. The company has failed to recognize the benefits of remote work and continues to impose unnecessary office presence, which adds stress and reduces productivity for many. On top of that, the manual nature of the projects I’m working on is outdated, and there’s little focus on adopting modern, more efficient tools and technology. This makes the work feel tedious and inefficient. Overall, there’s a lack of support and vision from the top down. The focus is more on micromanagement rather than empowering employees or fostering a positive and forward-thinking work environment. I hope the company can make improvements in these areas, but for now, I would not recommend working here....Read More
