Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. Management people plays an cheap tricks, Worst experience, hire fresher to drill, salary was not provided at right time, there is high politics played here, On the job training is not given to new joinees, huge pressure starts on joining date, management doesn't address our issue, there employees receive offer letter after 6~12 months, no respect towards employees. I joined there as a fresher, I would work there because of my bad financial situation. Anyway I got help from my colleague and learned within a week and started a work there. I was grinded from the day 1.
