Lousy company to work with. They have babu culture. No benefits like PF , maternity,mediclaim. Your CTC will be divided by 14 months. Leave of 30 Days is also part of CTC. Bonus is part of CTC but will not be paid if you leave the company. All policies are framed from the employers point of benefit. No Hr. Old employees are removedand new are replaced. Salaries are pathetically low. Increments in three years etc. Please join at your own risk....Read More
