Above average salary as per Indian Standards, good perks and bonuses, excellent medical facilities and big name in the market.

Employees are highly pressurized to complete work and work culture is terrible. Being an executive, there is no proper timing for work, you're supposed to be available 24/7. Availing leaves is difficult, along with remote areas of posting with no proper facilities. Higher management is often ignorant to your pleas even if they know they're genuine</mark>. HR department is the most terrible one here, it's almost non existent. They have never done any work that's related to Human Resource Management and they never treat other employees with respect. Everything is good at Powergrid. Management is very good. Currently in Moga sub station P. Biswas Sir is GM. They are very well maintained to the moga sub-station.
