Freedom to learn everything about substation equipment Powergrid is such an organisation in the world that even a fresher student can learn easily . operation maintenance work is very less.substation are fully automated so physical work is not much.

we have learned many things. in my situation, I got site work which is a GIS substation installation project. so I am satisfied that I learned my thing and this project is progressed by the contractor so we can meet private work too. so overall it is good.
