You're not taught anything by the seniors untill and unless they need something to be done by you. Also they imposed night duty during apprenticeship training, which was not informed during joining.

Obviously it is a Maha ratna company (PSU), so no problem at all about job security and very good coordination between the employees while they are working under pressure condition or emergency situations,and Excellent management system, they are like family, and Finally I haven't got all company policies,Because I'm not a permanentemployee in PGCIL.
