Policy bazaar is one of the market leaders of its domain. Company has lots of talented employees in Business and technical teams. On the top they prefer IITians, IIM and NIT institutions. If you get to work with them then definitely that is going to be value addition for growth. Salary and appraisal is good and on time, which is quite good. Business people need to travel a lot because of work nature. This company is good if you join buisness team rather than rechnical one. Work environment is main concern in policy bazaar. In technical team also you will feel like call center environment. Managers are so called manager, they don't have trainings for new role either in technical or managerial role. You can find employees for a long time and they are quite well in creating dependency. Infrastructure is also a concern which could take many more years. With recent firing it seems job security, you can think of. First the company is YOUNG and so the team members are of same age bracket, MANAGERS very understanding and very helpful in growth. SALARY GOOD PACKAGE and the timings of salary, your salary will be credited on 1st of the month if it's Sunday on 1st of the month then your salary will be credited on Saturday evening but no delay willoccur Week offs yes they are rotational but on 2 week offs really helps me in living my life out of job only INCENTIVE I didn't earned anything yet in my last 9 months 😅 but yes I do have some common friends who joined two months ago and got 80k as an incentive.
