Work culture of the company is good. Its dynamic and highly productive. Speaking from my personal experience, there is no unnecessary work pressure placed on the employees working here. Such an atmosphere allows everyone to work freely and deliver their best.

I am happy to say that company has and maintains absolute transparency towards both its clients and its employees. Also, company internal policies and other formal procedures are clearly addressed to the employees. It’s the main cause why I like working here.

Flexible working hours(atleast in the 1st year), decent appraisal and decent office culture

Once their management changed, there was too much internal politics. Employees in certain locations got better projects, and the opportunity to learn and grow diminished. There was lack of clarity from people in charge too.
