Openness amongst the colleagues and seniors is fruitful in many ways. contribution is expected from everyone and when you do, it is recognized and appreciated. they listen to your point of view and consider it on a serious note. mentorship opportunities are also presented to the deserving. you can keep expectations for speedy growth by doing the right things

They are giving us health insurance coverage and accidental insurance coverage. The mgmt treats its employees like valuable assets. Respects them for the same.

Company has some decent leave policies in place. They are like- Maternity leaves, Paternity leaves, casual leaves, Earned leaves since COVID outbreak, company has also declared to give out COVID leaves to needed ones. You can avail any as per your need. If you reason are valid, you will be granted with these leave benefits.

I would thank the company for backing us during pandemic tough times. Special thanks to HR and our seniors who always stayed in touch with us and enquired about our health and well-being. Thanks a lot for such a courteous approach. It’s good to see that we are working among such kindhearted people.

I am happy to say that company has and maintains absolute transparency towards both its clients and its employees. Also, company internal policies and other formal procedures are clearly addressed to the employees. It’s the main cause why I like working here.

The biggest relief was that our salary happened on-time even during work from home. I was a bit apprehensive in the start, but there were no issues on the salary front. It served to be a big support during the pandemic time.
