The work culture is not as per I wanted.

They change their policies frequently only for their benefits. Appraisal system is very bad. After appraisal they don't give the salary the next month, they give the incremented salary after 2 months. They give good ratings to only a couple of people who are close to senior management. An if you are honest to your work and you don'tdo buttering then you will not get good ratings. Flexible working hours(atleast in the 1st year), decent appraisal and decent office culture

Once their management changed, there was too much internal politics. Employees in certain locations got better projects, and the opportunity to learn and grow diminished. There was lack of clarity from people in charge too.

Take care of freshers. Skills improved. Work life balance. Seniors are reachable and helpful. Not strict timings. Promotion and appraisal are fair enough. People Manager is associated with every employee.

Salary is low. Some clients are over exploiting. 2Lkahs bond for 2 years is worst policy. HR policies are not good, Need to be implemented in support of employers.

If u want fast career growth then u can join here. They see your performance. If they like then they will promote and you grow. Purely performance they see. No other thing matters. All employee treat equal and I have not see that they are favoring someone for some reason. You can grow in fast manner by working here.

I will like to mention here some of the highlights of this organization for you guys, -Highly qualified and good management and leadership -Plenty of learning opportunities for fresher -Nice office atmosphere These are few that I have noticed.

Stressfuk work environment, No time for social life, Poor management , Low appraisal, No hike during promotion, Zero benefits, Required to complete 9 working hours every day even if average time is more than 10 hrs per day, Too much work load, Imbalanced hierarchy: other than few top and senior level 90% of workforce is Analyst i.e. lowest level.
