Management knows their part well and they direct us in the right way. Whenever possible they engage with us and mentor us with productive knowledge. Best thing about them is that they are down-to-earth, and always stays approachable to our needs whenever possible.

Dislikes

We face some technical error interruption. This is uncertain situation, and happens rarely, but whenever it happens, it spoils our work flow.

COVID leaves have also been added to the list post pandemic Maternity, paternity leaves are also present. Yearly holidays also standard

At times you have to depend on another person. Don't prefer it much

Employees can think and come up with creative ideas without taking any burden or pressure. Such is the work env & culture in this company. It is suiting me well and I am enjoying my work. Receive co-operation from both colleagues and superiors. Best thing!

After my selection over here, and the day after I began working here, I came to know about many good benefits that company was offering its employees. I got to know about Health and accidental insurance policy, Car lease facility through company, 20 days of leaves, and few other essential benefits. It’s pretty impressive.

Take care of freshers. Skills improved. Work life balance. Seniors are reachable and helpful. Not strict timings. Promotion and appraisal are fair enough. People Manager is associated with every employee.

Dislikes

Salary is low. Some clients are over exploiting. 2Lkahs bond for 2 years is worst policy. HR policies are not good, Need to be implemented in support of employers.

1. Fresher training was good, learned a lot about Qlik Sense BI tool, however I don't see a good future in this tool. 2. Colleagues are friendly.

1. Low pay and low appraisal 2. High attrition - Everybody is either fresher or a manager, very few middle level employees. 3. Unnecessary boundations and tasks - Do scrum, fill the same in their online portal 4. Long reimbursement procedure 5. Low level thinking of management. They try to fool you or demolarise you. 6.
