Have no complaints on leaves. Company offers us - Maternity leaves Paternity leaves Covid leaves, etc... For now, in total, we are given 20 days of total leaves, which I believe are more than enough. Also, in case, you don't use your leaves, you get the benefit of leave encashment. So, think company maintains absolute fairness when it comes to leaves.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
