The process is robust and occur at regular intervals. It aims at recognizing performer on front of all the peoples. It is motivating and such amazing feeling. Credit of this go to the management people and the HR people that they have set up such kind of process

Company offers good health and wellness policy benefits to its employees. To speak specifically from my experience, I have received a health insurance and an accidental insurance policy benefits from the company. I truly think that it's a great benefits as it's the much-needed thing in today's time.

Presently, transport facility is cut down due to covid.

Company has some decent leave policies in place. They are like- Maternity leaves, Paternity leaves, casual leaves, Earned leaves since COVID outbreak, company has also declared to give out COVID leaves to needed ones. You can avail any as per your need. If you reason are valid, you will be granted with these leave benefits.

The robust HR process over here is in the interest of the employees. It covers various aspects that ensure our well-being. The thing I would like to state over here is that the HRs are proactive in their approach. One of the reasons why majority of the employees are here for a long duration. After all, the HRs are the backbone of any organization.

Fresher are getting good learning opportunities here. Company is no short in acquiring new tech niche projects. Besides, people working around are experienced, knowledgeable, supportive and understandable. So, learning through their guidance is again an advantage here. I am happy that I got an opportunity to work here.

There hasn’t been any complaint as far as salary is concerned. We receive the salary on time, on the due date. Same was the case during COVID peak. Therefore I can manage the monthly expenses with ease and comfortably. Hopefully it will remain the same in the future as well.
