Take care of freshers. Skills improved. Work life balance. Seniors are reachable and helpful. Not strict timings. Promotion and appraisal are fair enough. People Manager is associated with every employee.

Salary is low. Some clients are over exploiting. 2Lkahs bond for 2 years is worst policy. HR policies are not good, Need to be implemented in support of employers.

The company has good leave policies. Some of them to list are like- Maternity leaves, Paternity leaves, Casual leaves and now, after COVID outbreak, the company also announced COVID leaves for all its employees.

I believe polestar needs to improve on management side by involving mutual respect policies and work ethics. HR needs to be strong enough yo take legitimate decisions on their own to reduce their attrition and increase employee retention by keeping a transparent payroll services.
