I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

There is nothing to like in this company. The company is the worst. The people working in the company are so toxic they do not have basic manners. How to talk with their employees, and how to treat them, they do not have mutual respect, humanity, or courtesy towards their employees.
