Compensation is decent., but growth is very slow. The work pressure is Very high. Sometimes I have to work 10 hours straight in a day. And my team leader also don't respect and value my work. That's why I resigned from the position.

Generally speaking, my work was interesting. Because I was very much interested in cataloging part of our project and every day it was a new task and new learning for me and met with new challenges. I loved my job.

No separate portal to view attanedance and pending leaves, HR interaction with employee is very much low , Hr department and company location gap are huge

Everything is good until and unless it comes to HR because once you will be handed over to client they will never at all look at you. But the clients are too good and supportive.
