Management is not ready to resolve basics issues. HR is virtually non existent. No career growth. Very very bad work culture. A bond of 3 years for freshers which is too much. It's like bonded labour.

Ausy has always been a stepping stone for me in my career, The company has always worked in favour of me. I really had good time, Also company stands very strong in compensation payment during covid crisis. it stood by its rules and paid all the compensation i deserved.
