Only the high performers and dedicated employees can expect their salary growth and decent compensation but you will get a lot to learn, the growth rate is just above the average. The company is very strict to their work and always expects from their employees to get the work done in t he time bound. Sometimes, 12 - 14 hours work is needed in a day to complete the work just to meet the desired output what the employer expects. Senior developers are expected to handle the coding and client calls as well and sometimes I have to work at the client location. Freshers having quick learning ability are welcome to the company and be ready to face challenges from the very first day of the training....Read More
