No Job security, they can send u out anytime No proper management, bossy structure No new technology, nothing to learn new things HR will force u to resign the company if u r not in a project No proper interview process happened No work life balance, No positive vibes or not a good working atmosphere Most of the people are working with fear. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high.
