1.No work life balance,you need to work 13 to 14 hours per day. 2.when I worked there is not even coffee vending machine.When asked hr they said you have cafeteria you can buy from there. 3.During chennai flood 2014 ,they took all Employee to bangalore location and gave us worst accommodation in service apartment with lot of people. They made us to stand in big queue to eat packed thali.We were fresher with very less salary could not afford to eat out.Even very small company took well care of the employee with compensation if house or belonging are damaged. 4<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.There is no job security</mark>. 5.Management is only money minded. 6.In appraisal you will get only peanut.Think of a fresher who in 2 lacks package gets 8 percentage hike. 7.This company taught me how a company should not be run....Read More

Worst company, don't fall for Linkedin posts, no job security, toxic work culture, top management is toxic so it trickles down to other managers, managers to employees.

Be ready to become a slave, your work computer will be monitored using Activtrak application which will lock itself in 1 minute, so even if you go to restoom even in work from home, it gets locked and actively you need to be present front of computer for 9 hours or else a excel sheet containing all your activity idle time will be sen t to your manager, ccing hr and CTO.......Read More
