The management seem to be nice but there is a disconnect with the workflow.

- Variable Component missing. - Poor Attendance Structure. - Random hiring of people from random colleges with no command over language and being paid the same CTC. - Toxic Culture at times. - More responsibilities with no additional monetary benefit.
