The management seem to be nice but there is a disconnect with the workflow.

- Variable Component missing. - Poor Attendance Structure. - Random hiring of people from random colleges with no command over language and being paid the same CTC. - Toxic Culture at times. - More responsibilities with no additional monetary benefit.

The entire organization is chaotic, disoriented, highly unprofessional, zero team work ,zero leadership, only dirty politics complete unplanned layoffs and surprise firing.... absolutely unfair and unethical practices, worst HR and inexperienced management
