Micromanagement by senior managers Micromanagement by CEO itself and CEO is more interested in cheap office politics and gossips. Growth in the company is purely based on favoritism. They hire friends and family and allow them to grow No work life balance Have to work Mon - Sat. Less increment for hardworking long time staff High pac kage for new comers and they come and leave. No casual leaves, no sick leaves. You have to work under independent contractor agreement and no company benefits. No insurance, no PF, no job security Gives adverse information on reliving letters. The moment you leave the company you are in bad books and treat you like enemies No cab facility and asks the lady staffs to report to office at 4 am IST No scope of growing. Only if you are close to management you can grow. If you put resignation, we have to give 60 days notice and they will treat you with grudge<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
