Micromanagement by senior managers Micromanagement by CEO itself and CEO is more interested in cheap office politics and gossips. Growth in the company is purely based on favoritism. They hire friends and family and allow them to grow No work life balance Have to work Mon - Sat. Less increment for hardworking long time staff High package for new comers and they come and leave. No casual leaves, no sick leaves. You have to work under independent contractor agreement and no company benefits. No insurance, no PF, no job security Gives adverse information on reliving letters. The moment you leave the company you are in bad books and treat you like enemies No cab facility and asks the lady staffs to report to office at 4 am IST No scope of growing. Only if you are close to management you can grow. If you put resignation, we have to give 60 days notice and they will treat you with grudge. They wont pay the salary even if we put resignation Have to work out of hours and dont even get decent pay CEO trusts only certain people and what all things they do are right. lot of undeserving people getting more salary as they are friends and family of senior management Sales head is not even qualified and harass the team members...Read More
