The worst company they don't have as such process and policy and keep on deducting salaries without any interaction. Their is only one hr who has do all work without any support. Ceo use to give 10-15 profiles which has to be done in a day or 2. After submitting all the profiles salespeople use to do the screening. Company should give all work to sales people and stop hiring for other profiles. Women are not safe in this organization....Read More
