If you are good at your work then there’s job security at one post. You can work long in the company.

No growth. No opportunity. Work environment is very poor. Poor work culture. Except few most of the TL leaders are bias and believes in harassment. You have to be very cautious while working. If you are only going to office to work then expect no growth no encouragement no warmth nothing only expect bully and harassment. And that isa genuine review. You can see people working in a positive with zero knowledge zero English zero presentation and just because of someone on senior position has his/her hand. It’s very demotivating. Management is incompetent. They lack vision and thus stick to cutting corners for the short term. Promotions aren’t merit based. Pay is far less than competition. They can make you work on your week offs, and have done so in the past.
