Employee Friendly, but strict policies. There is a concern, regarding job security, if you’re not into a billable project and you might need yo put down the paper within 60 days.

Dislikes

Very strict policy, you have to raise a ticket even to get a notepad and a pen, you can’t have printer access, even for a small thing they ask for your manger’s approvals.

Nothing is good higher management just think about there self and not caring about the employee life. Even for asking extra leaves for our personal work they will not given. They didn't care about employees personal life. They said follow client calendar 🥵. Some Client also doing partiality if girls doing the mistake and taking time is ok. If boy's doing the mistake is productive issues what politics going on didn't understand this thing also ignore. Lot of old monolithic application work not much learning. They give work on lagacy project. At time of they promised to give the chance on Microservice or advanced tech but after joined just put in old, lagacy, lot of boiler code, fustrest work on projects. Westage of time and career here. They give flexibility of employees working more than 9 hours very bad....Read More

There is no Job Security. I got selected in 2 to 3 projects but none of the project started. They wasted my time. Suddenly they called and asked to resign (silent layoff) with 3 month basic salary. Still I am surviving for job

It’s a nice company to work with. They provide food and work from home benefits in hybrid model. There will be pressure to perform in recruitment team. Work life balance is difficult to maintain in recruitment team.

Dislikes

Most of the projects are in support and no work life balance. Persistent has changed lot of policies to meet revenue and policies are not employees friendly. Many project follows toxic work culture. Management is only concerned about shareholders not the stackholders.

It's better to join some startup than this company. It's complete waste of your time in your career.You will learn nothing here except how to be slave of client. You will be sold to client thereafter no connect with you from persistent except client escalations .plus here there is partiality and favourism at its peak..Media agility (Which persistent have aquired) team have upper edge then persistent team, only people from media agility have say in decision making, your input wont be entertained if you are not from media agility team. GOOD HIKE AND PROMOTION ARE ONLY FOR BOOTLICKERS and media agility company people.Better sit at home for couple of month to search for new Job then to join here.Still if you join here then check who is from media agility team and just observe, they will have all the control and you will work there like their slave.Also here during early appraisal cycle lots of lay off happens (count in 100s) which no one talk about. HR will call you in cabin and say today is your last day. They will forcibly ask you to resign.This applies to you when you are not allign in any project there in no bench system in this organization.People from media agility won't get this treatment even if they are do not have any project, they won't be fired. Instead some one from media agility team will take him/her in their project even though they don't have sufficient budget and then some one who is not from media agility will get fired....Read More
