Nothing is good ,offer letter is full of variables and basic will be low because during layoffs they can pay 3 months basic only sometimes nothing will be paid out. PSL Offer good amount 3X if they need you in module. Bossy management.

No job security, very less projects, very bad internal policy, they do not even hosted a single flag in office during 15th august. No festival celebration, you need to only work 15-17 hours in a day to get the target. Unrealistic expectations, narrow deadline. Management do partiality between new and old colleagues. Persistent is overall very good company, but nowadays it loosing the glory. Previously persistent have nice work culture, work life balance, good apprisal and promotion but now it is going down day by day

Few months back also everything was fine but now the position get bitter day by day, no work ethics, no project hierarchy nothing is there.

Worst job sequrity. You will be forced to resign on call itself by HR at any time if you are on bench for 30- 60 days only. Please stay away from this organisation if you want a job sequrity and peaceful work life . No policy is employee friendly.Very disappointing work culture and deployment at client side. You can discontinued at any time from the project and get fired by lala company.

Low salary, changing company culture, job security, long notice period, tremendous work pressure, very long working hours, travel policy, relocation policy, onsite policy (e.g. job loss or return to base location if unbilled for two weeks only, no accommodation in initial days) etc.

Worst management. No work life balance. No ethics. They are trying to replace existing employees whom they hired recently at higher packages with new employees with less package. Once you are on bench they willnot provide any project and after two months they will force you to resign.

Hiring and then firing candidates due to project not coming Recruitment team puts a lot of pressure of the candidates to join immediately - candidates reject other offers only to get fired from Persistent as there is lot of hiring happening even if the client is not there.
