150 days(5months) notice period for first 3 years and no Buyout options, Sudden Layoff, HR management, Leave policy, HR policy, Skills switching, Job Insecurity, Variable pay included in CTC and not be paid, Giving Project management to Architect, Giving training on one domain but suddenly onboard us to project with completely different domain.

-A proper 4 star company, I worked there for 2.5 years in Chennai. -Its an US based service company, so your work experience will be based on your project/client. -Hybrid and flexible work culture.

Dislikes

Projects are less i guess and also they try to map employee from 1 skill set to another to get client billing. I personally didn't like the leadership attitude.

Toxic work environment especially data solutions team. The manager is the worst. Manager prioritize favoritism Managers lack the necessary technical knowledge but still assess team members' capabilities, causing frustration. Overall these issues contribute to a negative work environment, making the team and company difficult to work with effectively.

Layoff layoff. They will say your performance is not good put you in a very bad zone where they will treat you like you have no knowledge whereas I was best performaning candidate. They will demotivate you from every angle and put you in a PIP zone.
