The company is a strengthening step as it has diversity of people with different ideas both right and wrong and was standing above all to reconcile and move forward smoothly. In other words I gained good knowledge I dealing with diversified ideas.

Dislikes

Though it is a limited company, ideas are mainly made solely by the MD. So most of the times you hold management meetings, write notes and agree unanimously only to find the following morning the MD say he has changed his mind towards discussions held.

Work Details

A bit of challenge as the company is way in Midland Tanzania and all supplies come from Dar es salaam about 700 kilometres away. Also working as a production manager and mechanical technician I had a lot on my table since I didn't have an assistant.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
