There is no any proper management You will get all the load of your project or your role I joined as a Dot Net developer, but now a days I'm just following up the task with the vendor, they kept me in support profile.

Very bad service. Most of the projects ar gone. They call for 6 working day with no work in the office.

No hierarchy. HR doesn't care about anything. Even in June 29 when I was stuck in office the manager Amit Kumar didn't give me wfh, although he keeps doing it.

No cab facilities as they have rotational shifts and shifts are not feasible salary is less and work is more two chat simoultensosly no other benifits like any mothly refreshments or benifits they make its BPO like work culture ans school like strictness
