The office guidelines/process are not ready. Appointment letter is not provided. Salary slips are not provided. Salary credit on personal bank account. Salary date not fixed. Medical policies are not provided. HR portal (CRM) not ready. Employee can not take leave. No holiday declared have to wait for HR mail till the end of day, if required need to visit Office at Sunday as well. Due to Management are freshers and not able to handle large team. Therefore full of buttering environment and no job security....Read More
