Working people are good here, I mean people join here just after completing college so you can make good friends.

1. When I joined this company at 2016, everything was good just apart from little less salary. 2. Till COVID period things were working good in company, I mean people were happy atleast, they did not have work pressure. 3. Things drastically changed after COVID, management started putting work pressure on employees. 4. Things got worst in 2022-23-24 years, management started giving tremendous pressure to employees. 5. I was a Team Lead here and l saw people started crying in the zoom call when management was scolding the employees. 5. My Sr. Manager was Ramesh Dadi from VTZ, and his ideology is "the more the pressure you will put on employees, the better they will work". I am just wondering who made such kind of person a senior manager who does not even know basics of management. 6. Same kind of issue is there with RPR Sr. Manager Mohammed Awais Raza, he is like how dare you gave me a reply, I am not gonna leave you. . They will hire you by saying that it's 5 days work 9 hours each day - just after 4-5 months they will ask you to work daily for 11-12 hours and also Saturday or Sunday also need to login. And the best part is you should not refuse to work over time and in weekends as it's mandatory. And per hour OT they will pay 90 rs to Executives. 8. There expectation is you should be having IQ like Enstine and Newton - but they will pay you 12000 rs per month. I was also a Team Lead and the part of management, very often I used to feel extremely bad for my team members, I used to try my best to make them feel good atleast the things I can do as a Team Lead. When I left PATRA I was really sad for my bachche, that now no one will be there for them who will support them. Most ruling people like Manager and TL s are from Vizag they cannot understand the employee situation, if they don't like employee they targetting personal vengence.
