I started my career in Patra @ 2016 I worked on May 31 2024 I learned many things like how to interact with others how corporate culture it is like this many things I learned

After new management Patra completely changed new rules and restrictions previously I worked in DBR team since from my joining but in that team many politics and partiality plays major role Sheik Delisha (senior team leader) plays a major role in this dirty politics and partiality she pointed me in every situation and always trying to moved me to another team she don't have complete knowledge on clients but she is always special interests on some special team members she always enjoyed in outside in working hours she didn't respond properly through zoom on working hours number one worst senior team leader in Patra. Team leaders play a side dish role in Patra no one will care for team leaders decisions after that I moved to another team called USI POLICY CHECKING in my opinion this is the number one worst team in Patra I feel like this is a jail or mental hospital some great persons like Santosh dittakavi (Senior manager) and Anamika Tandon (Manager) no words to say about this guys such a worst Management I will never seen this type of people they don't have any trust on her team members if are having any power cut issue or network issue they are continuously calling and asking proofs like elecrtic meter photos or router photos like that silly fellows if we are having any health issue ask them for taking leave for that also they ask us to provide proofs like hospital name distance from hospital to home medical reports everything it is so ridiculous I worked from last 8 years but I will never seen this type of rules I suggested people unfortunately who are joining in this worst Patra USI POLICY CHECKING team better to resign and trying for some where full mental tensions daily Targets having 4 waste zoom groups continues messages every 1hour team group call wasting time for every 2 hours checking work status bla bla bla bla..............such a stupid and shit people they are...Read More
